A Day of Hope for Our Community!

Today, we were blessed by a visit from a wonderful group of people who came to our district with generous hearts and a deep sense of purpose. During their visit, they read about Joannita’s Hope for Disadvantaged Youth and were moved to support our cause.

They came with funds and scholastic materials, specifically intended for orphaned children in our community. As many of you know, our community is large and still healing from the scars of the war that took place in 2005. As a result, we have many orphaned children spread across our eight primary schools.

I am deeply grateful that these visitors chose to entrust our community-based organization with the responsibility of distributing these scholastic materials. As a committed and passionate organization, we will ensure that the items reach the identified orphaned children across all eight schools.

I want to sincerely thank the leaders of our Left-Hand District for making this connection possible, and to the visiting team—thank you for your compassion, your trust, and your action.

Though I am currently attending to some responsibilities, I promise that once I am done, we will immediately begin the process of identifying and reaching out to the orphans in all the schools.
