Our Founder's Journey
Joanitah Akullu, a 22-year-old from Alebtong District, founded Joanita's Hope for Disadvantaged Girls Initiative to support girls who face financial obstacles, drawing inspiration from her own personal challenges in pursuing education. Her deep connection to her community fuels her passion to uplift others, believing strongly in the potential of the people she serves. Guided by her faith in Jesus, Joanitah’s mission is rooted in compassion, empathy, and inclusivity, aiming to create lasting positive change for disadvantaged girls.

Founding Date
Joanita's Hope for Disadvantaged Girls Initiative was established to make a difference in the lives of girls who deserve every opportunity to succeed. It was founded in 2020, to embarked on this transformative journey to uplift and empower disadvantaged girls.
